Please note that the processing of an application for homestay/city accommodation will not begin until we have received the fees and flight details with an arrival and departure date for the student.

Please send this information at a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the course start date.

If you are unsure if the visa will be confirmed in time, or need to change the accommodation start date for any reason, please let us know at least 4 weeks in advance to discuss the options in order to avoid the maximum cancellation penalty fee, or to avoid the student’s enrolment and/or requested services being cancelled.
