UniLodge
UniLodge is a modern student apartment located in the heart of Auckland City, it’s a great option for students that are looking to meet like-minded people. It offers not only rooms but also a high-quality facility with an excellent student community environment.
ROOM OPTIONS:
UniLodge provides various room types which include:
Studios, single bedroom and multi-share apartments. All rooms come fully furnished with beds, wardrobes, desks, fridge/freezers, microwave, and hobs.
COMMON AREAS:
Lounge, deck area, pool, cinema, game room, resident kitchen, study area, gym, BBQ area and laundry.
The building’s access is private and secure, requiring an electronic key for entry into your flat. The rent rate also includes unlimited internet access, electricity, gas, water and carparking.
LOCATION:
Located in two separate buildings: 138 Anzac Avenue and 133 Beach road, Auckland Central. Both locations are a 14-minute walk from NZLC’s Queen street campus and easy access to a range of shops, restaurants and public transport options.

City Lodge
City Lodge is an affordable student accommodation located in the Auckland City area. This location is also very close to NZLC’s Queen street campus, along with access to shops, restaurants and public transport options.
ROOMS OPTIONS:
City Lodge has a range of room options such as single, twin, double, triple or queen rooms. They all consist of ensuites, and are fully equipped with study desk, mini fridge, internet access and wardrobes.
COMMON AREAS:
Communal kitchen, lounge, game pool, laundry.
LOCATION:
Located at 150 Vincent Street, Auckland CBD, 15 minutes’ walk from NZLC Queen street campus.

YMCA
YMCA is an affordable hostel accommodation, with great room options and shared facilities.
ROOMS OPTIONS:
Single room, Twin single room and double room, those option are equipped with closets, study desks, internet access and mini fridges. There is also the option of a 4 Bed dorm, 6 Bed dorm, Female only dorm.
COMMON AREAS:
Communal shower / toilet, communal kitchen, dining room, TV and pool table.

Located at 20 Pitt Street, Auckland CBD, which is a 14-minute walk from NZLC’s Queen street campus with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport.
