Tour Group Arrangements Role (Fixed term contract)

We are one of New Zealand's longest established private English language schools, providing English language courses to students from all around the world. We are currently recruiting for our Tour Group Arrangements role.


The initial contract will be a fixed term between April and August. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join the NZLC team and establish themselves in this key role, facilitating arrangements for group study tours from a variety of countries.

This position requires someone who is extremely organised and able to juggle a wide range of tasks. Experience and understanding of international students, particularly the Japanese culture, is highly preferred. Attention to detail is vital along with a positive attitude and a desire to develop your career.

This is a position of responsibility with definite scope for future advancement within the organization.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A self starter, able to work unsupervised
  • The ability to work to deadlines and time constraints
  • Efficient in MS Word and Excel- Full driver’s licence.

A degree/diploma or experience in the travel & tourism or a related customer service industry is an advantage, as is a second language and knowledge of Auckland. 

A competitive package commensurate with your skills and experience will be negotiated.
